Most of our blends are flavour-forward, not fire-forward. All Purpose, Complete Seasoning, and Chicken and Turkey are warmly spiced but family-friendly. Cameroon Pepper and Suya Spice carry real heat. Every product page lists the heat level so there are no surprises.

Our single spices and herbs, like Garlic Granules, Ground Ginger and Dried Thyme, are 100% pure with nothing added. Some savoury blends, including Complete Seasoning, Chicken and Turkey, Meat, Fish and Seafood, Smoky Tomato (Jollof) Rice, Vegetable Seasoning and Seafood Stock Powder, contain flavour enhancers such as E621 (MSG) and E635 for savoury depth. Every ingredient is listed on the product label and product page in compliance with UK food labelling law.

The majority of our spice blends are plant-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Always check the individual product label for the full ingredient list.
